You can return the product within 14 calendar days.
The main conditions for return or exchange are:
Preservation of the original packaging of the goods;
No traces of product use;
Less than two weeks have passed since the date of purchase.
Customized orders are not subject to return and exchange due to the fact that they are made according to the individual parameters of the buyer.
Damage:
I received a defective product
In case you have received a product with defects or mismatched parts, please contact us. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will either replace one or more parts or send you a replacement product.
I received the damaged goods through the carriers
If you receive the goods at the post office and check its contents and find that the goods were damaged in transit, you should write a claim for reimbursement, as your goods are insured for a fixed amount of the value of the goods. In response, we will send or produce a new product for you.
If you did not inspect the contents of the goods at the post office when you received them, and the goods were damaged during transportation at home, unfortunately, the post office cannot reimburse you for the full cost and we cannot send you new goods.
