  • "NOVA POSHTA"
    After placing your order, we will arrange its delivery
    in a way convenient for you:


    • "Nova Poshta" branches;
    • Nova Poshta post offices;
    • Targeted delivery by Nova Poshta courier.
  • "UKRPOSHTA"
    After placing an order, we will arrange its delivery
    in a way convenient for you:

    • Ukrposhta branch;
    • Address delivery by Ukrposhta courier.

    Sending by "Ukrposhta" is carried out only on 100% prepayment of the order!

    The cost of delivery depends on the destination and the volume (weight) of the order.

    Delivery times for orders in Ukraine range from 1 to 5 days and depend on the destination and mode of operation of the carrier, as well as on weather conditions.
  • Free delivery:
    Terms of free delivery:

    • Make an order of products for the amount of UAH 5000 or more;
    • The list of products should not contain promotional items.

    All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding official public holidays). Goods ordered after 18.00 are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day in the order of order priority.
  • Pickup
    We provide our customers with the opportunity to pick up their orders from our warehouse in Lviv by prior arrangement.

Exchange and return:

  • You can return the product within 14 calendar days.
    The main conditions for return or exchange are:
    • preservation of the original packaging of the goods;
    • no traces of product use;
    • less than two weeks have passed since the purchase of the goods
  • Customized orders are not subject to return and exchange due to the fact that they are made according to the individual parameters of the buyer.
  • I received a defective product
    In the event that you receive a product with defects or incorrect parts, please contact us. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will either replace one or more parts or send you a replacement product.
  • I received damaged goods due to transporters
    If you receive the goods at the post office and check its contents and find that the goods were damaged in transit, you should write a claim for reimbursement, as your goods are insured for a fixed amount of the value of the goods. In response, we will send or produce a new product for you.

    If you did not inspect the contents of the goods at the post office when you received them, and the goods were damaged during transportation at home, unfortunately, the post office cannot reimburse you for the full cost and we cannot send you new goods.
